c. Location Data

For Drivers

Our app collects and shares the driver’s precise location while the app is in use to enable real-time ride matching and navigation.
The driver’s live location is shared with the assigned rider during an active trip so the rider can track arrival and trip progress.
Location data is also used for route optimization, fare calculation, and safety purposes.
We do not sell or share location data beyond what is necessary for app functionality and trip operations.

For Users (Riders)

We collect the user’s precise location (with permission) to identify nearby drivers, set pickup points, and calculate trip distance and estimated time of arrival.
The user’s pickup location is shared only with the assigned driver to facilitate pickup.
Location data is used solely for ride functionality and not for any unrelated tracking or advertising purposes.
You can disable or revoke location permissions anytime in your device settings, though some features may stop working.

d. Payment Information

When you make payments, we collect:

Payment method details (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, wallet info)
Transaction details (amount, date, and status)

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways — we do not store your complete card or UPI information.
