How the Partner Claims Flow Works
- Notify Karnacab: Report incidents via Partner Portal or hotline with Captain details, incident time/location and claim form.
- Triage & Medical Referral: Operations coordinates with network hospitals and arranges emergency transport when needed.
- Document & Verify: Identity, incident report and medical certificate — we assist with the checklist to speed verification.
- Settlement & Support: Claim adjudication with insurer partners; partners receive status updates until closure.
